Classes are taught by Claire Walchli. She is a 3rd Level Certified Tai Chi Fundamentals Instructor. Classes will be held on Monday Nights, starting once 8 students have paid registrations. Cost is $144.00 for the 12 week Session (8 Student Minimum) or you can drop in for $15.00 per class.

Shelley Carpenter, Physical Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, will lead the class. Shelley has been a Physical Therapist for 17 years, and has a gentle approach. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and treat them with care and respect. Specific modifications are given so that all may participate at their comfort and ability level. Class consists of breathing techniques, centering, asanas (specific yoga postures) and ending with savasana (deep relaxation. Emphasis is on proper alignment and breathing for safe practice.

Be proactive in beating the winter blues as you build flexibility, strength and balance your body and your life! Classes run from 7:30 - 8:30am. 4-week session cost: $45.00.
